I hail from a country where the food is largely a highly processed, sodium laden crap heap that spawns in a factory. No amount of ketchup or hot sauce can turn that mess into any semblance of a gastronomical delight. Living over here in Vietnam has proven to be a sensory overload in terms of fresh food choices. I hope to bring the rest of the world 365 meals, one at a time.
